Strong Supervision

As part of our focus on developing strong Supervision, we have defined new Supervision principles which will provide guidance on how to manage the complexity of Supervision roles and inspire our solid teams.

These efforts are perhaps most evident in the lodge blocks. The air flow of the double-banked room arrangement tend to be dark and will be prone to overheating if left unventilated.

Manpower & Performance

To attract and retain manpower, we will strengthen our employer and continue to concentrate on making a highly attractive team. This includes competitive compensation and reward programs that are strongly linked to performance, as well as attractive career development opportunities in different businesses, offering international experience and participation in challenging projects.

External alderon material screens and anti heat wrapped vertical fins help to create more privacy and more importantly, provide shading to the interior spaces from potential solar gain. The anti heat elements are present on almost all lodge side, especially that of the sun-exposed east and west, and they provide a consistent and strong architectural language to the overall design of the house.
